We understand that sometimes plans change and you might need to cancel, we are all human! If this happens then please get in touch ASAP. Ideally, we can move your booking but if not we try and provide a refund
Workshops and Training Courses
2 Week’s Notice
We can provide a full refund.
1 Week’s Notice
We can provide a 50% refund.
Less Than 1 Week’s Notice
Apologies we cannot provide a refund with less than 1 week’s notice but get in touch and we will always try to help.
Sometimes workshops and training courses might not get the minimum number of bookings and unfortunately may need to be cancelled. If this happens we will ensure a full refund or move your booking to another course.
Private Coaching
As private coaching is bespoke booked it can be a lot easier to move and reorganise coaching sessions.
48 Hours Notice
As long we get 48 hours notice then we can provide a full refund.
Less Than 48 Hours Notice
We will try and reorganise your coaching session but unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
Before your first booking payment must be made in advance, we will send you a confirmation email with a payment link. Once this initial payment has been made we can bill at the time of each coaching session.
